Charter Bus Packages - Reservation Form Discount charter bus packages are generally available only on Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays. Extra charges may apply for charter packages booked on other days of the week. Tours last 1 to 3 hours, and will be adjusted to meet your travel schedule on the tour day.

We do not limit the amount of time at the center, so the earlier you leave, the more time your students will have to see everything. Arrive Back at School at: This is the approximate time charter bus(es) will arrive back at your school in the afternoon. We do not limit the amount of time at the center, so the later you can return to your school, the more things your students will experience. Extra charges may apply if you want to arrive back at your school after 2:30 p.m.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: A 50% nonrefundable deposit is due 30 days before travel date for all charter packages. If you need to cancel, please call 1-800-800-2SUN and get a cancellation number. If there is a severe weather watch or warning on the field trip day, your trip can be rescheduled at no extra cost, and your deposit will be applied to a new field trip date anytime within 12 months. Departure and arrival times are approximate, and subject to slight changes based upon traffic or weather conditions, or an unexpected mechanical breakdown. School is responsible for the cost of any damage caused by students to charter buses.
