Charter Bus Packages - Reservation Form Discount charter bus packages are generally available only on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Extra charges may apply for charter packages booked on other days of the week. Tours last 1 to 3 hours, and will be adjusted to meet your travel schedule on the tour day. All prices include charter transportation and admission for everyone in your group.

We do not limit the amount of time at the center, so the earlier you leave, the more time your students will have to see everything. We do not limit your time at the center, so the later you can return to school, the more things your students will experience. TERMS & CONDITIONS: Field trips can be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge within 7 days of placing reservation, or at least 30 days before reservation date, or in the case of certain weather watches or warning on the field trip date. In all other cases, a cancellation fee of $3 to $5 per student will apply. If you need to cancel, you must call 1-800-800-2SUN and get a cancellation number emailed to you.
